I'm hoping they eclipse this in Deathly Hallows, but my favourite movie scene is my second favourite book scene - the trio, Sirius, Remus, and Peter at the shrieking shack, and basically that whole section of Prisoner of Azkaban. That section actually contains my favourite scene from the movies that isn't in the books, where Harry and Sirius get to talk after they save him from the tower. It may not make a lot of sense given the amount of time they have, but considering how long Harry normally spends debriefing, I was disappointed that he didn't get to talk to Sirius when they saved him in the book. And yes, I'm a sucker for anything that adorable - I also like the scene in OotP when Harry and Sirius are talking about Harry being a good person that bad things have happened to, in the room with the family tree on the walls, and they hug.

A favourite scene from each of the other movies: Ron and Harry meeting in Philosopher's Stone, The Burrow in Chamber of Secrets, Harry returns with Cedric's body in Goblet of Fire, Ron high on love potion and then getting poisoned in Half-Blood Prince (which, along with Katie Bell touching the necklace and Harry doing the 'pincers' thing, are the only things that are valuable in that whole damn movie).
