It's Not Easy Being Green

I have 272 icon spaces now. What? Craziness.

21. Missed check-in to go from San Diego to Vegas by 1 minutes b/c friend's hotel room was robbed. They wouldn't let us in. Ended up getting a better flight anyway.
22. Vegas not as cool as I thought it would be. Too much smoke. Spent a lot of time in my room watching TV. New York, New York rollercoaster was good.
23. Very tired. Flight back was ok.

13. Been relaxing and watching TV in San Diego. Even ordered room service. Giving my feet a chance to rest. Psych and Leverage and White Collar, yaay!
14. Went to YEAH SEA WORLD YAAAAY which was...okay. A couple of cute shows, patted bat rays, got wet, saw dolphins playing.
15. Went to Hotel del Coronado, where Some Like It Hot was shot. Took lots of photos. Stole a pen. So cool!
16. Toured US naval carrier, reminded me of Battlestar Galactica. Took photos.
17. GOOD food around here. Cheesecake Factory = AWESOME.
18. Newsflash: San Diego zoo has animals!
19. COMIC-CON STARTS TONIGHT. JOSS AND JJ TOMORROW.

Green Queen

1. Ridiculously long plane ride.
2. Staying one street away from Hollywood Blvd.
3. Went to Universal Studios - Mummy ride twice, everything else once, kissed a velociraptor, saw The Mule (Serenity) and DeLorean, bought Hit Girl poster, took a bazillion photos, got sunburnt (I put sunscreen on! Must have washed off on Jurassic Park ride, was more diligent today.)
4. Madame Tussaud's! Photos with all the scarily accurate wax models (James Dean was my favourite, SMG was the boys'), cute guy with blue eyes flirted with me at the counter
5. Toured Kodak Theatre (!!!), shopped, killed my feet, got free ticket to Craig Ferguson taping (Big Brother host and Michael Ian Black, lots of Australia jokes, warm-up guy made offensive gay jokes, I cheered at Dom in the opening montage)
6. Food here mostly crap except for The Ivy, lobster ravioli, delicious and didn't have to pay, weirdly cranky waiters, inappropriate conversation
7. Drinks at The Roosevelt, nice waiter
8. Americans seem to think I'm weird but cute.

I have now spent 2.5 days here.

Miss my cat. If you want souvenirs, tell me something you might want, because I am having trouble choosing.

With my erratic posting lately you guys probably won't even notice, but I'm going on hiatus until the end of July. I'll try to get on and post neat things from the US of A if I can.
