Is it really Daylight's Savings today?
Here's a very late CONGRATULATIONS to JK Rowling and her husband on the birth of their baby boy on Monday, David Gordon Rowling Murray.
Okay, got home late and woke up early for French, went swimming, went to the Playschool exhibition with Phoebe because poor old T&N are sick *hugs both* and couldn't come. Nina's hair is now red. I decided against waiting around by myself in Civic in the rain until 7:30 when I *was* going to go see David Stratton talk. I watched Spy Kids, Remember the Titans and the end of the LotR cast commentary. It has its moments but it's still, on the whole, rather dull.
Now for a *better* description of yesterday. I got my "Sam Will Kill You If You Try Anything" tshirt!!!! I love love love it!!! Last night was really fun up until the violent girl's reappearance. I went to see Ghost World, but I got lost and by the time I got to the place where they have the movies the doors were locked :( so I called Tom and he came to get me. We went to Shooters, and for a while it was just the two of us. We bumped into his ex, Amy, and she asked me if I was "with Tom," a question I misconstrued and said "yes" to. She replied, "I knew you guys would end up together." Tom and I found that rather funny, and I did correct her and tell her he was dating Nina. Then the lovely Sarah and Belinda showed up, then we went to find Ash and Shemane who are *finally* openly dating. And then, violent girl and returning home.

1. What was your most memorable moment from the last week? On a not so personal front, Barbara Streisand declaring Eminem the winner of the Best Song Oscar. On a personal front, watching Breathless, which has sparked an appreciation of French New Wave cinema.
2. What one person touched your life this week? Hmm, I suppose it'd be cheating to say Tom again? In a bad way, I'm gonna say the random violent girl.
3. How have you helped someone this week? I can't think whether or not I have. Oh, I gave money to charity yesterday :)
4. What one thing do you need to get done by this time next week? My Film Studies assignment!
5. What one thing will you do over the next seven days to make your world a better place? Talk about your deep questions. You know, I really don't know, I tend not to think that far ahead.
Link of the day is Beyond the Fellowship, an LotR RPS archive where I've been spending a fair amount of net time lately. There's both bad and good stuff, but on the upside, every damn pairing you can imagine.
I've bookmarked a heap of pics to use as Pics of the Day in the future, so I don't need to think so much :) Here's today's "Rage!" special :D
