Anyone who's telling you something different is selling something. The on-screen Hogwarts is perfect. Perfect. It has all the necessary bits, some filmic flourishes, and it looks incredible. I love that shot in Prisoner of Azkaban when they're all coming up in the carriages in the rain, too, but I couldn't find it quickly.

Agreed 100%! I loved how they showed Hogwarts in the movies. It was visually stunning. Even though the castle is my favorite, the classrooms were done well too.

I've always loved the overall shots of Hogwarts but I have to tell you when I first saw this poster I was stunned.
