I thought of something else in PoA that really bothers me.
Of course, Mooney is still irritating me. I heard it's because someone in the crew spells his last name that way, but it's INACCURATE and annoying. Also the way the Fat Lady's portrait has moved to the middle of the hall where anyone could overhear the password, which is plain stupid. I know why Cuaron did it, it made it *much* easier, but it doesn't make any sense really.
I loved PoA on my second viewing, it's still wonderful, and I got to hear more of Sirius and Snape's arguing - "Why don't you go play with your chemistry set?" - because I wasn't whooping and my heart wasn't thumping as much. I really like Stan Shunpike, and I dunno if I mentioned it but, dude, PARVATI! Yay :D I like the new clock in the courtyard. That whole set is ridiculously beautiful and haunting, but that in particular gives a sense of time through the whole movie that I think works nicely.
My day was hectic. I was running around like crazy getting my 2000 word assignment done in the 2 1/2 hours I had at uni before work - and FINISHED IT! Huzzah. Probably crap, though. Work and staff meeting this afternoon, then PoA tonight. TIRED!!!

1. Take your LJ username and replace each letter with the corresponding number (A=1, B=2, etc...).
2. Add all of the numbers together to create a kind of super
3. Make a note of the first digit of this number, then add the digits of the number together.
4. Find the post of this last number in your LJ.
5. Take the digit you noted in step 3, and count that many words into the post.
6. Use the resulting word in a Google Image Search, and select a picture from the first page.

Can anyone explain to me why, when there are 8 toothbrushes to choose from in the bathroom, the only one that goes missing is the one I clean my teeth with?!
There is no Gaelic phrase for "This is a Gaelic phrasebook" on the page of Gaelic phrases, but if there was I would write it instead of just writing this is a Gaelic phrasebook.
I'm sending Prophecy Boy a sort of best-of selection of the coziest LotR pics (he wanted them acting like "one big happy family." Dunno how familial these are...) so here are all the LotR gropey pics!

Yay Daisy!

I like this one, wish it wasn't so grainy.

No collection would be complete without BATHTUB RACES!

I doubt he'll even know who Craig and Mark are, but they're too important to me *not* to include.

Because he asked for the less photographed and, well, JRD is not often photographed playing nice with the other kiddies.

One of the classic DVD moments.

I mean. Duh.

Yay, bald Orli!

I like this better than the one where they're in bed.

I may have overdone it on Dom and Viggo, but I can't help their obsession with tongues and headbutting.

Another classic moment.

The problem with these two is that as much as they love each other and joke around they very rarely hug or anything. I wanted to include part of the Together section from the TTT DVD but I mean...I don't think Dom ripping tape off Billy's hairy chest is what PB's after.

I think this is one of the first images I ever, ever downloaded.

Makes me giggle.

And of course...

That was no sheep, that was my spouse!

I agree with you on the Karl/Vig pic; I like that one better than the infamous 'bed' pic. ;D I've made a header from that pic actually. ^^;
And the Orli/Dom piggyback pic.. ahhhaha, *all* of the pics of Orli from that premiere are adorable!! I really like the one where the 'hobbits' are holding him up.. he looks as if he's in a drunken stupor. XD

*giggle* thanks again for that bonk on me head. I am now hoping I can find something more of those phrase pages. Always ready to learn some more Scottish Gaelic. :D
