OMG convention in 6 days squee!!!

A note for all you Harry Potter fans: Messrs is the plural of Mr. It does not abbreviate to Messr. It abbreviates to Mr. So Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs are Mr. Moony, Mr. Wormtail, Mr. Padfoot and Mr. Prongs. Okay? Okay.
Find out why I had that little outburst here, because it is otherwise very cute.

Speaking of cute, I have spent all afternoon downloading videos of Messrs Boyd, Monaghan, Wood and Astin getting up to the cutest hijinks imaginable courtesy of the incomparable beizy, whose videos are pure shiny gold. I have Dom in drag and naked and Elijah reading a kids' book and saying "bowowowow" and Sean talking about cradling Elijah and Bill and Dom holding hands and I'm a very happy and still pervy Hobbit fancier.

I'm going to do something very unorthodox now and post some Harry Potter fanart, which I don't normally look at. I've had a brief foray into the world of HP fanfic and fanart today, to see what it's like. I prefer canon. But below I have some examples of fanart from here. One question. Why does Sirius always look like a girl?


This is very funny and the casting is pretty good for everyone but Giles, Snape's not him at all. Lupin is.


I like this, mostly very canon and I like Bill. Charlie's dragon outfit's a bit much.
