Oops! Didn't notice it getting so late.
I bought my brand new CoS DVD at 3:30 pm today, started watching it at 5 pm, and finally finished at about 12:30 am. I have seen every picture, every deleted scene, every interview (including those on the Sun Herald bonus DVD from today's paper.) Now I'm *really really REALLY* dying to read the 5th book!!! 67 days is far, far too long. Many of the deleted scenes (eg. Draco and Lucius in Borgin and Burkes, Colin and Justin explaining about their parents, Ernie Macmillan and Hannah Abbott in the library) really should have been in the movie. Don't understand why they were cut. I squeed a *lot* at the behind the scenes stuff--Chris Columbus, while overly sentimental, is utterly adorable, and there's a shot of Dan laughing that I rewound about 5 times. Jason Isaacs says "Sorry, love" to Dan coz he got the cane caught in Dan's hair. So cute!! It's almost unbearable, really. The interviews of Sean Biggerstaff got me, too. Tom Felton's cool. He knows it, too. He speaks terribly in interviews, though.
Also watched last night's Smallville today. My god, that *has* to be the gayest episode ever...which is ironic, really, considering it's the one in which Lex gets married. Clark's jealousy, the meaningfull looks, references to moving on, the ejaculation-beams, and Lex's shiny penis car. Plus, sweaty!Lex? *thuds* Now, I'm just looking forward to Red, which is also very very Clex-centric. There was a moment when Lex patted Clark's shoulder and I actually said, aloud, "My fandom has the brotherly shoulder pat of heterosexuality!" My sister just looked at me confused.
Link of the day Yet Another Buffy Site (I swear, that's what it's called) for its very shibby Buffy-type tunes. There are some slashy ones. I don't usually do Buffy slash, but today's and tomorrow's are both like that (mostly by default as they're also both cool *and* funny.)
Pics of the day--the Frodo/Sam "For Your Consideration" poster and the enhanced version from Bag-End Inn (oh come on, like you weren't *all* thinking that when you saw the movie), plus two of Fab as Scott Hope that I gacked from Buffyworld. Still haven't finished the fic, might do tomorrow or something.

When everything's made to be broken, I just want you to know who I am.
