soooo very tired

Had to sleep on Clare's bunk again last night. I must have been so wasted that I didn't notice how horrible it is there. Clare tends to kick the legs of the bunk making it move around, and she snores. Drove me crazy. Hardly slept at all. Tom and Nina came over for a little while today. We watched some of an Annie remake with Alan Cumming in it. And Timothy Spall (who's going to play Peter Pettigrew) was on TV!!! On "Auf Wiedersein Pet" on the ABC. I was *very* excited. In fact, that was about the highlight of my day. Went to Fyshwick markets to pick up some coloured plastic stones for the fish tank (I get 6 a week, so I'll have enough to fill the tank eventually) and eclairs. Played cards after dinner--Estimations. Lost abismally the first time but came 2nd after that. Yay!

A "question-thing" stolen from [livejournal.com profile] strangedreams who stole it from [livejournal.com profile] slashygood.

1. What is your favorite type of literature to read (magazine, newspaper, novels, nonfiction, poetry, etc.)? Harry Potter. There's another kind?

2. What is your favorite novel? Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

3. Do you have a favorite poem? (Share it!) I can't really say I have one. I've already shared Jabberwocky, recently. How about The Tyger, by William Blake? I like that.

Tyger Tyger burning bright,
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye,
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies,
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare sieze the fire?

And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? & what dread feet?

What the hammer? and what the chain,
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil ? what dread grasp,
Dare its deadly terrors clasp!

When the stars threw down their spears
And water'd heaven with their tears:
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?
Tyger Tyger burning bright,
In the forests of the night,
What immortal hand or eye,
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

4. What is one thing you've always wanted to read, or wish you had more time to read? Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix...okay, so that's not really an option yet. I've been wanting to read the second Artemis Fowl. Also there's a good fantasy series, apparently, but I keep forgetting it.

5. What are you currently reading? This test. Going through the fics at SLFIC. No books though.

Link of the day is Sinfest, one of the best webcomics ever. I think I've used it before, but in a group with my other webcomics, and it bears repeating anyway.

Now back to your regularly scheduled pics of the day, with a little Michael Rosenbaum special.

Don't know who the chick is in that but he looks *so good*

Yeah baby.

Your faith was strong
But you needed proof
You saw her bathing
On the roof
Her beauty and the
Moonlight overthrew you
She tied you to a kitchen chair
She broke your throne
And she cut your hair
And from your lips
She drew the Hallelujah
