I did it. Went down to Manuka at 8 am and me, my sister and only 3 other people were there, but plenty showed up later. Was the 3rd person to get my book and started reading it *immediately*, and had finished it by 6:30 pm--9 1/2 hours later. It was *amazing*. *very mild* spoiler sensitives, don't read this --> The Big Death was absolutely heartbreaking. I cried. It was awful. But the book was *fantastic*, and McGonagall, Ginny and a new girl called Luna Lovegood rocked my socks. Amazing, spellbinding, fantastic, if you haven't done so already READ IT NOW!!!! Then called Tom to vent (giving nothing away, of course) and then went to the Trivia Night. Talk about your irony. We called our team Slytherin and lots to--you guessed it--a team called Gryffindor. We came second, but they told us we came fifth, and never apologised properly. I was completely incensed. But I did get to flirt with the host, who was kinda adorable, and got extra points for having read the book already. Cut some clippings out of today's newspaper, will hopefully have lots more for tomorrow.

Um...screw link and pic of the day. I'll get back to my regularly scheduled program when Harry Potter isn't absolutely filling my head.
