(no subject)

hello hello :)

no more exams! unless I need to take the Anth one...but exam period is officially over, which is the main thing. I think I did OK on the Asian Studies one in the end. *crosses fingers*
did the exam, filled in some forms today. Was most pissed off. The stupid Faculty of Arts people *finally* called back today to tell me the procedure, I get there and find out I was supposed to fill it in w/in 72 hours of missing the exam. Fuckwits. I did that, then bumped into Kate from Asian Studies, took the exam, read all the way home. Made a lot of progress. Called Tom. Watched The Great Debate, very funny, loved the Kill George Bush song. And that's about it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY COLIN *bighugs* I know it was yesterday but I'm really only an hour (ish) late and I promise to buy you a pretty pressie when I come and visit :D:D

Quite happy now, anyway.
Yukako's coming to vi~sit! and in only 5 days! *happydance, like a dork*
and Tom's gonna come over and watch the MTVMA's with me :D

It's hard to find the exactly perfect font for an icon sometimes.

I'm trying to make a Diego Luna Charolastras icon for a girl who requested one and I can't find the perfect Charolastras font. It's nowhere. All very mysterious. Also about the highlight of my very (blessedly) boring day. I called Tim, Jonas and Lauren. Lauren and Tim will be at my party. Jonas will not as he will be in Sydney. Am torn between relief at lack of Shelley, and sadness at lack of Jonas.
Tom did something odd at House of Usher about which I have mixed feelings. I do not appreciate the sentiment expressed, but at least he's reading and enjoying the book. My sister's a rotten little shit.

Hmm, what to do for link of the day. How about DaFont.com? I just got a great font from there :)

Pics of the day...shitloads of iconage, so I'll put off the next character until tomorrow. I think I'll go for Draco or Lucius next. The first lot are for sugarplum643, who requested something like this ages ago.
