I wanna do this quickly cuz I've been tired and irritable all day.

Thanks to those who commented on my stories yesterday. Today a family friend came over and Mum and I talked to her for so long than I missed the first bus and got in pretty late for my lecture so I decided to skip it and talked to Pheobe instead. French class was boring and Sweetie is still kinda creepy even if it is extraordinarily well made and technically brilliant. Bumped into Melissa at the library, so we talked while she checked out cars on eBay and I checked out boys on eBay LiveJournal, before heading home and continuing to be irritable and tired all night, even though Rove was fucking hilarious.

Watched a very interesting doco on "hikikomori" (I think), teenage boys in Japan who lock themselves away in their rooms for years at a time because they can't take it anymore. I understand the phenomenon surprisingly well--boys aren't supposed to show their emotions so they generally can't talk out their stress, and there is *so* much stress in the school system and hell just *living* in Japan, with the constant crowds. However, I also think they're being shitheads, because their parents provide them with whatever they want and it's really fairly selfish, and I don't believe for a second that it's a medical condition. Those are just my thoughts, though, so I might be talking utter utter crap.

I like to think he's just come from a secret rendex-vous with Elijah in a supermarket, from which Elijah emerges some time later...but it's highly unlikely, and that still doesn't explain the lack of shoes.
