Evening fellow fan geeks. And others, too.
It was another boring day in Katie-land today. I spent most of it mopping floors and hanging out and bringing in washing. I spent I think over an hour on the phone to Tom playing six degrees of whoever to whoever, mostly with that blonde chick from Dawson's Creek (before we realised she was in Dick.) Gonna go get him from his stepfather's house (squee! driving!) tomorrow at 1, then we're gonna see School of Rock and get his glasses. Called Tim too. Went to Clare's friend Em's play--there were two on tonight. The one Em was in was excellent, there was a little American girl playing a boy called Barry who was a very good actor. The first was excrutiatingly bad and horrifically boring.
Some musings on Smallville (from an email I'm sending

I do think Lex going evil will have something to do with some betrayal of Clark's though, the way Smallville is currently being done. They have such a FASCINATING relationship to slash though. They have this kind of absolute trust and strong friendship that still balances on a knife's edge. To me, it's all about Michael Rosenbaum's vulnerability in his acting--he's cool, suave, sexy, but you can still feel that humanity and fragility in him that comes out a lot when Clark's with him. The scenes between them bubble over with chemistry, while Clark and Lana just fizzle out into extreme boredom and monotony.
( just one Stargate meme )
I got your Link of the Day right here, baby. Rage comic. The whole deal. Hell yeah.
