I have spent approximately the last 35 minutes downloading pictures of Dom at C4.

Speaking of, OMG DOM! in 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!!

Today I went to Civic to meet Adam for coffee. I got lost trying to get to a carpark I haven't driven to before (which is pathetic since I spend SO MUCH TIME in Civic) and was 14 minutes late. He wasn't there. I waited 30 minutes. He still wasn't there. Then I signed up for Salvation Army, which I'm not so sure about now, and then I bumped into Peter and his friend who went shopping with me to buy the top I'm meeting Dom in. SQUEE!!!

I have decided not to spoil myself for the Oscars (which is going to be FUCKING HARD FOR ME TO DO), so I'm not coming online after 1:30 pm tomorrow. *sigh*

This meme FINALLY worked for me!!!

ETA: Forgot to mention the way I skillfully avoided an enormous fight with my father earlier when he said Bush was right about this amendment business. One day I will have the fight and scream it out, but I decided not to tonight and I walked away :D arencha proud?

ELEVEN OUT OF FUCKING ELEVEN BABY!!!

Huzzah! I was keeping count through the whole thing, and when it got to about 7/7 I was like "holy shit"....and then it just kept getting better!!!!!

The boys were all there and all crying and all utterly gorgeous and it couldn't have gone better Rings-wise. Billy Crystal is still the best host that show's ever seen and the wheelchair stunt was *hilarious*, but the awards for acting were deeply and infuriatingly predictable. Bill Murray SHOULD HAVE WON, and the Cold Mountain songs? Elevator music. One tiny bit of a tune stuck on repeat.

And I am still SO BITTER about Sean Astin not getting the nom for Best Supporting. I mean, Alec Baldwin?!

Return of the King won for the trilogy.

WHAT did Dom put in his mouth on Star before the show?? Aww, he blew Mack a kiss, he's SO FUCKING CUTE. How much Mack/Dom slash d'you think is going to come of this?

My day? Spent washing the car and going to uni and making new friends through the use of my handy-dandy VSD tshirt and NOT thinking about or listening to news about the Oscars. I nearly went completely spare.

And then while watching the Oscars I kept syaing "I can see Dom's head! I can see Dom! OMG! He's playing with his rings again!" I can't believe he's going to be HERE in 11 days!!!!!!
