(no subject)

It's not gone 11 yet and I'm tired.

I've had funny sleeping patterns all week. Then today I drove all the way out to Gungahlin to pay Adele, only to realise I'd forgotten to call ahead so she wasn't there. Then I went to uni and went to the library instead of my lecture, had lunch with Misha and hung out with her, came home and walked Saffy and decided not to go out tonight. Too sleepy. There's a party and a couple of good movies on, but meh.

Speaking of movies, I saw Troy last night (for Nina's birthday.) I hated it. I wasn't expecting to, but I found it alternately boring, frustrating and deeply dumb. I didn't like any of the characters but Hector, his wife, Perseus and maybe Beanie's character. Though I heard Orlando say something intelligent regarding the horse. ( more unpopular opinions on Troy )

My day yesterday was okay, did some vaccuuming and a French assignment then went to my tutes, which were good. Had some cake at Nina's. Got annoyed when they were 20 minutes late and I thought we were going to miss the film after I'd already bought the ticket, but what can you do?

THANKYOU to Jess from the Bronze, who very kindly sent me a tape of the Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone special screening from ABC, with all the PoA previews. I watched it tonight and I LOVE it. The movie is going to be so good, I can feel it in my bones.
