I don't know if you know what the weather's like here in Canberra, but we're pretty much always in drought. It never rains. Except that for about the past week it's been doing nothing but, and it's been cold, and I like the rain since we need it and all but DAMN I'm tired of being wet and cold every time I step outside. I worked in the cold and rain for a bit today before working inside with a sleepy, crying Luke. Could've been worse. He could've been hyper.

I missed Andrea Gabriel at the Lage :(

I have a hair on my chin. Just one. I thought you'd all like to know that. Also, I'm working on a new Lord of the Rings icon batch.

1. Current favorite TV show? Lost, of course.
2. What show/movie/book/etc does everyone else like except you?
Show: I don't like any of the CSI/Law & Order etc. shows. None of them.
Movie: Garden State. I like it, just not as much as everyone else seems to.
Book: Dunno really.
3. Favorite snack food? Chocolate.
4. Do you believe in *true* love at first sight? True love? Don't know. Guess I'll have to wait and see.
5. What is your non-canon OTP*? (including crossovers) Yeah, so I just forgot to continue this halfway through. Erm. Depends on your view of what canon is, really. Most of my pairings aren't strictly canon, but are on the obvious side of non-canon. I mean, Sam/Frodo is canon. Let's go for Ryan/Seth, shall we?
6. If you were elected president, what's the first thing you'd do? Make gay marriage legal. (<--

7. Which bad habit do you wish you could break? Laziness.
8. What's one thing other people do that pisses you off on a daily basis? Post something pointless or inflammatory to an LJ community. Just. Argh. If you think the bad guy in Spiderman 2 is called Zato and you don't know the name of the actor who plays Jin, don't fucking well post, or check your facts first.
9. Who would star in the movie of your life? Tom seems to think Lauren Ambrose.
10. Which of the LJ moods describes you right now? I put in Listless didn't I? Because my shoulder hurts.

Watched Lost 1x18 - Numbers again tonight. Worst Aussie accent EVER, but aside from that one of my favourite episodes. Hurley, Charlie and Sayid, my three favourite characters, out for a walk!

Links of the Day: Elizabethtown trailer. Orlando looks really good with his hair like that, and he actually looks like he's acting in the trailer. Of course they could've just pulled his finest moments from the film, but...so far it's looking better than I'd expected. He has his Legolas moments, but mostly he looks okay - physical comedy seems to suit him. The jumping on the bed is adorable. In fact he's adorable through the whole thing, makes me want to hug him. However, they seem to avoid him actually talking in the trailer, so his accent probably sucks. Susan Sarandon is GORGEOUS, and I want the song in the trailer.
I think that trailer's enough to make me develop an *actual* crush on Orlando Bloom. Kill me.
Also, Peter Jackson has been kidnapped and replaced by a poorly made robot. Or lost a LOT of weight. Either way.
