Fang didn't die, did he?!? And I know it's inappropriate to be more upset about that than Dumbledore's death, but I am, dammit!

Gods, I'm boring. I have ABSOLUTELY nothing else to say. Somebody come see Sin City with me this weekend.

There shouldn't be a grave for Tom Marvolo Riddle. It was Tom Riddle Sr. whose grave was there, and his middle name wasn't Marvolo. Also, this shot looks like it happens before Harry and Cedric get attacked, which means they should be far more suspicious than they ever were in the book. I'm concerned.




What's all this 'three drops' business? And why does he have to sacrifice character growth to make it a thriller?! On the other hand, the Owlery looks freaking brilliant.

Thank you. I got the Entertainment Weekly this morning, and I was so confused. Obviously Jo isn't there to make sure the details are right like she was for the first two. It's not going to stop me from seeing or loving the movie though. I mean, in POA they spelled Moony wrong and I forgave that. I can forgive this...I think.

I stupidly read a spoilers post a couple of days ago so I now have a depressed feeling about HBP because I know who the prince is, who dies & who kills the unfortunate person! :)

The townspeople didn't even know about Tom, though, did they? Frank Bryce didn't recognize him when he showed up. Also, all three years of death are the same, implying that the graves are of his father and his father's mother and father, who were murdered at the same time. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be Tom Riddle Sr., so it's unfortunate that they made the mistake of including "Marvolo."

I don't think Fang died...just got really hurt. It's likely that Madam Pomfrey can heal animals as well as people. So...keep your chin up to see the return of Fang in the next book. :-D

SIn City rocks! Look out for the twisted romance Bruce Willis' character gets himself into! If I filled out your form I'd probably have the same answers for HP. Oh oh, I've skipped the HP posts for about a week, but now I've finished HBP, is there anything terribly exciting that I've missed?

Well you've missed all the discussions that have lead to these conclusions:
1. Snape is not evil. He and Dumbledore planned the big death.
2. R.A.B is Regulus Black.
3. Harry may or may not be a Horcrux.

It's a muggle cemetary, they never knew about Tom Marvolo Riddle and almost no-one in the wizarding community knew Tom Riddle became Voldemort, because obviously they don't have computers so they can't use nifty anagram programs.

No. Hagrid's giant skin deflected the curses of the death eaters and he ran into his burning house to get Fang. Harry then helped him put out the fire with that Aqua-something spell.
