Date: 2005-08-02 04:25 pm (UTC)OK the comic book store owner was being an ass by trying to rip the actor off, but I also do not like what the actor had to say about the events.
He came off, in my personal opinion, as very high and mighty -- and celebrities should not use their 'power' to influence people, regardless of their own personal experiences.
Sounds like he went in there, didn't like what he heard, tried to use the "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!" routine, and when that didn't work he came home and wrote that post.
I think they're both lame. But that's just my opinion :o)
