I'm so badly still in mourning.
I'm still very upset about the death of that character, and also that I want to talk to somebody about it who is currently unavailable to me. *does shifty avoidy-Katie eyes* Meanwhile, exam this morning went better than expected. I think I could have told the sotires a little less and used a few more terms, but I think I did okay overall. Here's hoping. Came home and the house was fucking freezing, so I curled up in the sun to begin my rereading of book 5. Oh yeah, bumped into Melissa too. That was cool, I finally got to discuss the book with someone else who'd read it. *ponders* I want a new GIP.
I have a few more thoughts on Order of the Pheonix... highlight to see them. I completely forgot--Percy! This shitfaced little git. I always thought he was mostly alright, but he completely sold the family out and was a bitch to Harry. That letter he wrote to Ron...I wanted to stick a pin in his head to deflate it. Rank, arrogant bastard. More Bill is good, for Bill is sexy. I like the wreck Skeeter has become, without changing. And Ginny! She goes through two guys in one book, lies to her parents, performs complex curses, is good at Quidditch...she's fantastic. I'm just gonna mention stand-out scenes as they come to me: McGonagall shouting at Umbridge and swearing to help Harry become an Auror; Ron and Hermione becoming Prefects; Sirius, James and Snape scene, or pretty much any Occlumency lessons; the permanent ward at St Mungo's; Fred and George's fireworks display; Christmas at the Black Manor; Harry teaching the DA; Dumbledore giving himself up; "He got off!"; and of course, the fight scene and the "Dumbledore explains it all" scene, which was what really broke my heart. *sobs* Sirius loved Harry!!! He really did! *sobs some more*

Spoilers-->I knew the ex was an evil bitch. Spawn has the worst timing *ever*. I doubt there are security guards as cool as the one who helpd Prez Palmer (who is still the president in my mind, I don't care what the bastard Aussie who took his place says.) They fired Almeida!!! The bastards!!! Why the *hell* did Jack call Kate to take care of Spawn?? Doesn't he *know* that's only going to get both girls into infinitely more trouble?! Jackissosexy. That's...actually all I can remember from tonight. Bit pathetic really. no more spoilers
Queer as Folk
I like this episode. Road trip, road trip! Plust we get to see Michael knock back Dr Dull, who I hate. Brian is such a fucking god. His shoulders and back are....*whimpers.* And the sex, in the hotel room!!!! I swear, I didn't breathe for a full minute. Jesus H. One of the hottest things I've seen on TV, ever. Emmett was so cute! I think I'm developing more Emmett love by the day. I love the fortune-teller drag queen too, she was hilarious. Justin struck me as a whiny bitch in this episode, and there's something about his face with this hair that I really don't like. Ted was less grating than usual, and Brian and Michael's roadside chat is really adorable. If it was any more obvious that Michael is in love with Brian he would have it painted across his face in big pimply letters (OotP spoilers)-->like that bitch sneak Marietta. Emmett's so useful with a car jack *snickers*. And Brian? in the wifebeater, white shirt with the collar, and leather jacket? *bliss*. Feel the love.
Buffy
They showed Smashed again tonight, which is a little hard to watch, though very interesting. I loved season 6 and this is kind of a pivotal part of it. Spike and Buffy's sex is real and painful and hot, because Buffy just does it to feel *something* and Spike has some kind of twisted version of love that he tries to convince himself and her of, which will evolve into more later. It also signifies Willow's presence, and gives rise to my theory that it was Willow who was in fact the Big Bad throughout seasonm 6--they just weren't smart enough to catch on any earlier, not properly, not until it was too late. The Trio were just catalysts. The Tara/Dawn scenes were cute, but Amy's always annoyed me just a little. I say it's painful to watch these eps but in my opinion they're quite brilliant. *worships Joss* Season 6 will never be the bastard child to me, I leave that honour to season 4.
