Augh, you know what REALLY PISSES ME OFF?

In communities like rightclickdrool, hires_hotties and hires_hunks people are putting time and effort into posting pictures of people they clearly think are sexy, right? So if you don't much care for the person, leave the post alone. Don't go in there and tell the poster, who has put all that time into posting pictures of a star they like, that you think the star is "so ugly." If I'm posting, I don't give a flying rat's ass whether or not you like him. I didn't make you click the cut, or the link to the pictures, or whatever. Back up off my boys.

Fortunately, Sean Maher is nearly perfect. He was on Ghost Whisperer on Aussie TV tonight, and I was reminded of how lovely he is and how well he enunciates. And if you don't like him, DON'T CLICK THE LINK.

I totally agree. The other day someone posted some pics of Robert Pattinson and people started to say that "thank god the people who do the make-up in HP are good" because he's not pretty.

This is Plinkin. I'm at the folks house for Christmas and am paranoid about erasing history and cookies and am constantly worrying that they'll find my actual LJ. So, I'm checking LJ from a new account. How bothersome.

They can't really expect me to cut myself off from LOTRiPS and Harry/Draco porn, MCR and Ville Valo for almost two weeks, can they?!

Get this, I forced my mother to listen to MCR's "All I Want For Christmas" and she just sort of looked at me with her mouth hanging open. Then she said in her polite, southern way, "Um, it's very nice, dear." I wanted her to be all, "RAWR! Gimme more MCR!" I must have been out of my mind. Just because I'm MCR's oldest fan-girl doesn't mean that my mother will love them. My mistake.

He plays Simon in Firefly/Serenity. You HAVE to see the show or the movie. Quality entertainment the likes of which is rarely seen these days. And yes, he's quite beautiful, especially when he smiles.

I so don't care about my parents knowing what I get up to. And I've made them listen to MCR too. They just make me turn it off. LOL

LOL well it's nice to know you agree with me. This has bothered me for a really, really long time. I mean, fair enough, ohnotheydidnt is essentially made for that purpose, but the communities I'm talking about are for the *appreciation* of good-looking people, not the denegration of them. I don't like Mischa Barton but I don't comment on every post about her saying so, I just ignore them until the foul taste in my mouth disappears.

The worst thing is that once one person starts to attack, the floodgates open and everyone thinks it's OK.

When I posted my What I'm Thankful For This Year post in rightclickdrool, some girl was like "You had me until Dom. He ruined it." And I was like "Well, since it's my post, and I think he's hot, I really don't care what you think." (I probably said it less bitchy, or...more eloquently bitchy). It was really annoying. I totally agree with you. But that's what happens when you are in communities with twelve year olds. (And I got the pic of the week that week, so HA! It wasn't Dom, but still. Obviously I'm cooler than her. lol)

Sean Maher is so fucking beautiful. Which only reminds me, as if I needed it, that I need to go get Serenity today.

It's quite alright. I don't mind at all. Because, you know, I don't get what people find attractive in many guys, and when I see those pics I just scroll on past them. What's the point of being an asshole? It's all a matter of personal taste.

Yeah, Sean has always been my favorite on Firefly, and I was so happy to get to see him with Kaylee in Serenity, woot woot. And I was at the con in Long Beach when Nathan announced Sean's nickname of being Sean "The Bod" Maher, which, of course, I would have guessed anyhow. But it was fun to see Sean blush.
