I'm sick today, and my bed is looking mighty promising right now, so I'm gonna try to make this as brief as possible.
Exciting News of the Day: FIRST SIRIUS BLACK PICTURE BELOW!!!!! I'm so excited all six of my nipples are tingling. I wish everybody would stop bitching and moaning about it. "waaah, he's got a beard, he's not sexy, he's got tattoos, he looks like Jesus (<--hehe)". For fuck's sake. 1: it's a fan picture, of course he's smiling. And while smiling, yes, he looks benign. But when does Sirius Black smile in book 3? Not until well after we know he's a good guy. He's wearing glasses, gee, do you think he might be OUT OF CHARACTER?! 2: he's supposed to have been in Azkaban for 12 years. I'm not convinced they let you shave in there.
*I* think he looks fantastic and am super-excited. Why was Alan Rickman not in costume while the others are (not that I'm complaining--Rickman love all around)--it look Shrieking Shack-esque, Ron's bruisy (btw Rupert looks great) and Sirius is all shabby. LOVE the prison robes. Can't wait to see Rickman and Oldman. The picture's down below.
In other news, yeah, not feeling very well. Bought my bricks for uni today and went to one lecture which I more or less slept through. Saw Nutty. Briefly.

Ems' League of Extraordinary Gentlemen:
1. Choose five to seven characters
2. They may be from books, movies, comics, TV shows, games, and real life--no traditional superheroes, though
3. They may be from any place on the space-time continuum, and any plane of existence--characters do not need to exist within the same era and country as in the original
4. You must identify the recruiter, the leader, and the villain, and there must be at least one female
5. Optional: You may identify their primary means of transport (like Nemo's Nautilus)
1. Recruiter: Gandalf.
2. Leader: An older Harry Potter. I can't help it, if you're gonna have a leader you've got to have the best.
3. Villain: Has anybody ever read Thromp-o-moto? It's a kid's book. To be honest I haven't read it in years, but there's basically this giant, creepy monster thing, and all you see of it in the (unbelievably gorgeously illustrated) book is this huge, slimy green hand with poison basically dripping from about 8 pointy fingernails. Scarred me for life. Called Nurk-u. So that thing.
And to round off the team:
4. Willow Rosenburg. Yeah, she's on the edge, but if it's power you want, you've got it. Also, she's got the FHM photos to keep boys distracted.
5. Severus Snape. Just because I love him. Yeah, I know I'm painfully biased. But hey, he's got Occlumency and Potions, they've gotta come in handy.
6&7. House of Usher's Ninara and Coffee. Hey, it's gotta be a good idea to have your best friends on side, right?
Man I can't wait to see Astin's The Long and the Short of it. I really hope it's on the extended DVD. WISH I WAS AT COMICON!!!!! it looked fantastic. Dom looked so damn good at the comicon!!! gah!!
