If you live in LA and don't go I will be very disappointed in you. You know who you are. *glares*

ETA2: OMG acroamatica THE SCENE IS DEAD! It's finished and you have to go read it and OMG. synchronik just killed me AGAIN. It was so good and so scary and sad.

Now I must wait for him to finish something happy and cute with puppies and hugging and maybe some cheese.

I always go to the FIDM exhibits, including the uber cool Star Wars they had last Autumn. It's always a nice display of costumes, and then you just go a few blocks over and shop in LA's Fashion district for really cheap fabrics, trims, and the like for making costumes of your own. So, no worries, I'll be heading up there in the next week or two.
