It's definitely my bedtime--I just wrote hugs twice without meaning to.
Today, I tutored, poor Cedric died (RIP Cedric--she was really my sister's budgie, but it's still sad), I didn't go to Pirates, I didn't get my essay done, and Justin came over and very kindly dropped off some lovely Harry Potter posters that Lea gave me because she rocks. That's about it really--my essay seems to completely hate me, I can't do anything about it, so I'm going to sleep now and just hoping that by tomorrow it will be better :S

Lord of the Rings RPSers!
I have a two week holiday in the near future, so I decided to run another Flashfic-a-thon. Please feel free to join in if you wish.
The Rules:
Send an email to green_queen_jp@hotmail.com by September 26th, including:
1)Two requested pairings (anyone who starred in LotR, provided it's slash of course). The person given your assignment will only write one of the pairings, but this is to give them an option if they feel they can't write the first.
2)One comment. Comments can give the author an idea of your fic preferences (eg: No fluff, No character death) or even a challenge type of request (eg: located in an alley, use M&M’s somehow, the sentence “My God, that’s huge” should appear.)
3)Mention if you are willing to write two if there is a drop out.
4)If you have an LJ, what your LJ user ID is.
On September 27th, I will send out your assignments. You need to write a 1000 word (approx.) fic, dedicated to the other author. On October 11th, you will post your story in your LJ. If you don’t have an LJ you can email it to me and I will post it for you. There will be a master list, linking to all the fics.

On a much sadder note, K Sandra has decided to finish Boy Meets Boy and start a Fox&Collin-centric comic--completely sans my favourite characters, Skids and Cy. Still, I look forward to the new strip, even if my Cyanide *is* excluded form it *sobs*.
Link of the Day is Starless Night Awards, for LotRiPS slash. Go vote for your favourite stories, there's some great writing in there--I was too scared to submit any of mine.
Pics of the Day-_Gael Garcia Bernal & Charolastras, just because I couldn't think of anything else and I'm too damned lethargic to try to find something--Bag End Inn is currently on holiday, which completely cuts my Lord of the Rings boys source, and there's been no new Harry Potter Prisoner of Azkaban pictures for weeks.
