Chris Lowell to be on The Addison Show. What about Veronica Mars?? Does this mean I'll have to watch it? Here's hoping it's not too much like Grey's, then, and that it's successful. I gues this means the show couldn't survive without Lamb. ;)

Very exciting LotR-cast related news. Nice picture from aforementioned event.

For those in the Supernatural fandom - anyone else feel that Kripke is just not worthy of all that adulation?!

[Poll #943861]

1. How do you feel about Dumbledore's avoidance of Harry in OotP?
It doesn't make a whole lotta sense because if Voldemort really was in Harry's head he'd probably be able to pick up on all that frustration and figure out that this wasn't the status quo. Then again, when Harry did see him he was all GRR SNAKEBITE ARGH so maybe it was for the best after all. It would've been helpful if someone had let Harry in on why he was being ignored in general, though, because that all contributed to Sirius's death.

2. Name a favorite crackpot Potter theory.
I'm rather fond of the illogical 'Dumbledore is Hedwig' theory. Snape the vampire is a classic. By far the best crackpot theories come from the conservative Christian right, though - I once read that Harry had killed his parents with an axe at one year old, and that he was clearly Satan because of his green eyes.

3. Do you think Sirius (consciously or not) mistaking Harry for James actually caused more harm than good?
I don't think it made much of a difference either way, to be honest. He had enough of a protective parent-style instinct to want to protect Harry, but I happen to agree with Harry that he had a right to know about a lot of what was going on - I think it would've been better if he'd known more. It also gave Harry a stronger connection to his father. Forming the DA turned out to be a really good move. At the same time, Sirius lost a lot of focus and was too reckless with Harry through mistaking him for James.

4. Tonks: Love her, hate her, or somewhere in-between?
I like the character quite a bit actually, I just think the romance with Remus was tacked-on and came out of left field. She could've used more of a build-up as her usual perky self and less time with the moping.

5. What Hogwarts house would you definitely NOT belong in?
Slytherin. Not because I think they're all bad, but I'm neither ambitious nor cunning.
