Yates to directo Half-Blood Prince. I will just have to continue to cross my fingers and pray for an Alfonso return for Deathly Hallows. Although this may not be too terrible, depending on how OotP turns out - it's promising so far. And it could be worse - Chris Columbus or the hated one could be returning.

1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of?
Lucius Malfoy and Pansy Parkinson. Pansy Parkinson is cool in the movies, and Jason Isaacs could make me love pretty much anyone.

2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal?
HERMIONE. Seriously, she's just become Emma Watson as the movies progress. Also, Mad-Eye Moody. I can't stand how hideously over-acted he was.

3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books?
I love the way they made Cedric Diggory supergay and even hotter than in the books. I also like the 'I don't want to tap dance!' and the boys eating sweets and having pillow fights in PoA.

4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________.
I want Alan Cumming to be in the movies for some reason. I can't think of who he would play, though.

5. What is your overall opinion of the movies?
I don't particularly like nor dislike Philosopher's Stone, because it still has a sense of wonder just in seeing everything for the first time. I dislike Chamber of Secrets, but then, it's my least favourite book. I love love love Prizoner of Azkaban, as a movie rather than an adaptation (I like the book better), because Alfonso Cuaron is one of my favourite directors and it has such a gorgeous, different look and feel to it. I hate Goblet of Fire with every fibre of my being, and would never watch it were it not for Robert Pattinson and Rupert Grint.
