There appears to be wank going on in which almost everyone is on the same side anyway. Wank city coding today *sigh* also, my ears hurt and I am saddened at the lack of response to my love meme thread.

But, OMG YOU GUYS,

I WANT TO SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IT. This is like a clip video combined with an edited version of the song in the movie, I'd rather just see the song like with The Ladies' Choice (I have watched that video SO MANY TIMES. And listened to the song 50 times in the last couple of weeks, apparently.)

I almost never do this, but fic rec: Baby, Shake It One More Time by medie which is a Supernatural/Lilo & Stitch crossover amd Breaking Free by miss_begonia which is Supernatural/High School Musical and has Troy making out with Ryan in a closet. AHAHAHA win.

I'm still debating whether to download Hairspray. I've never downloaded before and I really want to see it on the big screen. At the same time, I really want to SEE it, and September seems like such a long way away.

Overall, when I saw the movie I had some expectations. I never thought that James Marsden could sing, but he has really nice voice. My opinion of Zac has changed after seeing this movie. The dancing on this movie, it's very addicting.

OMG I KNOW. Apparently they play baseball and there's a gag about her 'playing for the other team', but it's still pretty moronic since the movies are supposed to be about being yourself. I'd prefer it if they just left him single.

it's funny but the first time I hear any of the songs, I hate them. It happened with the first movie too, and then I couldn't get 'breaking free' out of my head. THIS MOVIE IS EVIL!

I know, he's so lovely. I hope he gets to stand up to his sister a bit in this one. I love Ryan. One of the reasons I first wanted to see HSM was because of Ryan and Sharpay. I was like 'Oooh, look, teenage fag & fag hag!' Which, not actually an accurate description of their relationship...but pretty good.

I like this song! It's better than 'You're the Music in Me' at any rate. They seem to have stepped up the dance stuff, too, although the dance was never the problem with the first one *cough*script*cough*.

I agree! I like him a lot. I like all the characters, except the main couple. I never like the main couple.

I haven't heard that one. I heard one called "what time is it?" which I hated the first time I heard it, but I like it now. It's on rotation on the Disney Channel.

I liked the bit of dancing with the bats! It was cool. I like the dancing, it's the best thing in the movie.
