I was lovely and hyper all day, despite having gone to bed so late last night.
However, that means that I am now unfortunately completely stuffed. This morning I went to tutoring, which was very rewarding in spite of the fact that we hardly did anything. As I was leaving, he told me that he'd had a history exam, at the end of which he had to write an essay. He said it was really easy because of the method I've been teaching him. I was so pleased with myself.
Then later Lea called and told me she'd gotten free tickets to a Live concert (with Train also performing) for tomorrow night! So that's really exciting :D
Tonight I went to see Nicholas Nickleby, which was absolutely gorgeous. Very condensed but lovely, and the cast was excellent (except Anne Hathaway, who I can't stand.) I'd forgotten Charlie Hunnam was the original Justin (I know he was called Nathan, shut up) from QAF UK. Jamie Bell, Alan Cumming, Nathan Lane, Christopher Plummer, Juliet Stevenson and Timothy Spall all rocked in it--I thought the brothers were utterly adorable. And for the first time in...well, in recent years, I actually cried when Smike died, because I absolutely loved him. The whole movie was about the rel'ship between Smike and Nicholas for me (though I didn't slash them.) I really enjoyed it :)
