I somehow missed the fact that Tony Head's got a Merlin project coming up. Yummy.

Also, Kelly Manners joined Dollhouse, and yes, I will be reporting on EVERY PIECE OF NEWS ABOUT THIS SHOW, down to the name of the coffee slaves.

Joss could've directed Battlestar Galactica! I love how it says 'bows out', like he isn't developing a TV show or anything, he just didn't particularly feel like directing BSG. WTF.

Dom: Sad Spaghetti

"It looks like I'm not enjoying my Spaghetti-Os. I love Spaghetti-Os. I must've swallowed a fly or something." Dom is sad that JJ has ditched him for Tom Cruise. This icon comes in handy far more often than you might thing, because Dom's 'sad Spaghetti' face is so exquisitely expressive.

Sometimes, you need a sad, moody icon of a really really ridiculously good-looking man in suspenders. It's a sad icon, but at the same time this is THE STOPWATCH SCENE, so happiness is around the corner. I love the composition.

SereniFly: Simon in Space

I sort of bypassed this icon several times when uploading, but I kept staring at it. I love the look on his face and the raw emotion of it that worked so much better in black & white. Plus, Simon? PRETTY.

At least in the article itself they set things straight and explain that Joss is sorry he had to decline the invitation because of Dollhouse.

And a sad, moody icon of a really really ridiculously good-looking man is not as effective if he's not wearing suspenders :P

ooo, love your icons! Also, Dom's eyes are almost a dark grey colour - they're so pretty, although I remember reading a fan report where someone said they were startled by how bright blue his eyes were? I guess they change colour.

Love your journal btw. There's always lots of fun and interesing stuff to read :)
