On the topic of Trauma, a show I'd never heard of until today, it will have an openly gay character. I want it to be Cliff Curtis, but my guesses are the rookie, the blonde or the older guy.

I don't know what 'Angel of Death' is but it has DOUG JONES PULLING A KINFE OUT OF ZOE BELL'S TALKING HEAD. WHAT. I THINK I MIGHT BE IN LOVE A LITTLE BIT.
The 100 Greatest Sci-Fi Movies according to Total Sci-fi Online. Although their top 2 was enough to make me run for the hills.
The other night I drove up to Sydney with Melissa and we saw a screening of a movie hosted by Quentin Tarantino, and that movie was called Dark Age
This movie was...not at ALL what I expected going in. I thought it would just be a kind of crocodile Jaws, but it was actually so much more. It started out as a fairly straightforward monster croc movie, albeit with a distinctly Aboriginal-friendly feel, and then halfway through it totally changes so you end up rooting for the croc. It's genius. Also, I am quite proud of myself for making a joke about it being like "the crocodile version of Free Willy" during the movie and Quentin making almost exactly the same joke afterwards XD It's shot beautifully, because Andrew Lesnie was the DP, and it's got a lot of humour, both intentional and unintentional. I've never seen a movie from before the 90's look that good, either, because the print was pristine, so that was a real treat. It was the first-ever public showing of the movie, but it looks like a DVD is in the works, so if you ever get the chance and feel like watching an unexpectedly interesting Ozsploitation movie, give it a go, seriously. The soundtrack's awful, though.
Afterwards there was a Q&A that Quentin hosted. He was losing his voice, but I love how incredibly enthusiastic he is about everything. The Q&A was mostly a bit crap, though, the audience questions were terrible.
