I have discovered that it is a bad idea to cross a Scorpio with PMS.
Fortunately I don't get PMS very often, but that does explain my behaviour last week. Hee, today in the bar Tom and I were discussin Quantum Physics (I know, serious, uni-worthy conversation! naughtyevil about star signs :D Then again while talking about quantum physics we were also discussing Sliders.
I missed the bus and therefore my lecture today too, and Niels showed up at lunch, which was kinda nice. I saw Nutty for like 30 seconds, too. And I made the homestay cry! I didn't mean to, all I said was she shouldn't put too much stock in people's appearances.
Exactly one week from now I will have already met Dom. *dies yet again*

Of course I couldn't let the Rowling chat go by unnoticed.
-Ron's middle name is Bilius! They had an uncle Bilius, right? And I like that Ginny's middle name is Molly.
-I always thought that Sirius et al were in Gryffindor *shrugs*
-hermione 3: Will Harry and Hermione will be together? *sight*
JK Rowling replies -> lol Not saying... but you've had enough clues by now, surely?!
I read this as: If you can't see the Ron/Hermione signs you're completely daft.
-More Narcissa sounds good to me!
-JK Rowling really can't count, because for Charlie to be 2 years older than Percy he'd have to have been at Hogwarts in Philosopher's Stone or graduated early, and I doubt that Mrs Weasley would have liked that.
-I'm all curious about Snape's Boggart and Patronus now, thanks to that.
-Sirius and Snape--related?
-It's interesting to read that her least favourite character, out of all the dark and twisted people she's created, is Uncle Vernon.
-The new Minister.
So who's figured out what happened to Sirius's moterbike?! I was very disappointed that nobody asked about Mark Evans, actually. And rereading book 5 has led me to think that Ron's vision in the Mirror of Erised may yet happen--he's a prefect, so he may become Head Boy, and he's on the Quidditch team. Also, on page 176 he checks his reflection with the prefect badge and on 182 Harry actually thinks of the Mirror. There's also this:

This was made by...I think a friend ofel_erzulie's? I can't remember, sorry! Anyway, it's an utterly gorgeous drawing, and it's so simple that I just knew it was perfect as my background leading up to the impending Dom.
2. Why is your toolbar is where it is?
I'm boring and linear and this is easiest for me to figure out. I'm used to it.
3. Why are the choices on your toolbar are present?
Bag End Inn--I was downloading the new Oscars and TORN pictures :D I have more than 1000 Dom pics on my comp now.
Ramblings--because I got this meme frompsychodragon82 on my LJ friends list, which is always open when I'm on the comp.
The Bronze--I'm also usually at the Bronze when I'm on the comp, it's my favourite message board.

4. What are the desktop icons?
Word...a couple of things I don't even know...Hotbar so I can continually delete the huge text file it creates
Disk Cleanup because I need to do that about once every two days, My Computer because that's how I get to my pictures, Internet (duh), Quicktime and Norton because the programs put them there, and the recycle bin because I like to click and drag.
