Still waiting anxiously, no I don't want to discuss it.
So, TV tonight.
I was really disinterested in tonight's Straight Guy. I didn't even care about him at all until the end when Jai started crying because the girl had accepted his proposal. I did love the soap opera among the squallor, though :D
Augh, I missed the end of it again! I'm getting really annoyed now, I kp getting distracted by Queer as Folk (see below) and missing vital things. Jack, what are you doing?! I'm not sure about where this is going--my favourite character being shot and Jack being a martyr *again*, but I am really likePrincipal Wood Wayne, he's an interetsing guy. I wish Chase was more interesting.
I like Chloe and Michelle. I loved the way Michelle shouldered the responsibility in a very Jack-like way--with a few more tears, granted, but still very well.
I think this was the best episode I've seen this season (though admittedly I didn't see last week's because of the Oscars). I think nutcase!Ted is probably the best characterisation I've seen of him. It was blindingly obvious that Brian talked to whatshisface to help Emmett, not Ted. Emmett is the single strongest person on that show, and I absolutely adored him tonight, especially his little speech. Clearly Brian adores him too (and is as hot as ever, *fuck*.)
Michael's speech with the needle was utterly fantastic. I was sitting, mouth open in shock, transfixed. Damn, I didn't know Hal could actually act! I'm getting a little sick of Ben, he keeps making the same faces over and over again, it's starting to shit me.
Go Vic, you animal. LOL. Am still quite annoyed about the writing off of Ethan, because I LIKED him, dammit! It just came out of nowhere a bit to me, people said I'd understand why Ethan cheated when it happened but I just don't see it. The last scene between Justin and Ethan was terrific. I just wish we could keep him *pouts*.
Okay, the final scene was just brilliant. Brian's line about Michael raising him, and then Justin and Brian in the back room watching each other was about the hottest sex scene in the history of the show as well as being a stroke of genius. I flicked to Las Vegas earlier in the night and watched them pull a con straight out of Ocean's Eleven. Las Vegas is widely praised, yet Queer as Folk gets less attention with scenes like that last one? Pfft.
My day wasn't anything to rave about. To be honest I wanted to stay home and watch Oprah instead of going to uni (which is really sad since it was a pretty crap Oprah) but I went anyway. Spent most of the day worrying a lot.

Pics of the Day--a couple of Billy from ages ago I just didn't get around to updating til now and, of course, a Dom, because I haven't given up hope.

Look, he looks the way I feel. Anyway, it's after my bedtime already as I'm going for a haircut ridiculously early tomorrow morning.
