Peter Pettigrew, Delores Umbridge, Grawp, and Lavender Brown.
I hate Peter because he's essentially the most despicable person ever. I mean, I know we're supposed to dislike him, but he's the weakest, most disloyal crawling little rat and he makes my hair stand on end. I can't stand him. Umbridge is an irresponsible hag who hides behind her ministerial power, and what she did to the kids made me sick. Grawp is responsible for the one chapter of OotP I always want to skip, because he's boring and a weirdly pointless character, and marks the beginning of the end of Hagrid's likeability (for me, anyway.) Lavender Brown is just clingy and brainless and irritating. The first two are meant to be hated, the second two, not so much.

Umbridge is my least favorite because she knows she's horrible and she revels in it, as opposed to Pettigrew whose evil grew out of insecurity, an inferiority complex, and a will to be better at something than his "friends." And we know he wasn't completely evil to the core when he got himself killed. I feel like Umbridge would have seen a good strangling through to its completion.

Peter just pushes my buttons. Umbridge is foul, but has convictions. They're wrong and sick and evil, but they're there. Also, Peter sold out his best friends, and I get the impression it wasn't to be better than them at something, it was just to make sure he was protected. He sold out Harry, a one-year-old baby, to someone who was going to kill him. It wasn't even self-defence yet, because nobody was threatening him when he did it. They trusted him and he betrayed them.

Argh. i hate lavender more in the movies than the books.

I dunno if i hate grawp. I do agree that hagrid becomes less likeable though, which is sad :(

I hate her more in the movies too, but she's awful in the books.
