Does anyone think I should make an icon journal?
That way people could just friend that and wouldn't get terribly annoyed with me when I started updating about my boring old life with no pretty icons to make them happy. I think I may actually be getting good enough now to warrant one now, too. What does everyone think?
I am so fucking tired. I was up late last night panicking about my new class and trying to think of ways to do the storyboarding, and didn't get to sleep until way too late, and then I had a very hyperactive Luke on my hands for two of the three hours this morning. This arvo I want to a vintage clothes sale and bought a pair of retro boots and a badge that has a creepy-ass cartoon spider that says "Don't Bug Me." I think my friends will understand how appropriate that is, and it has nothing to do with me getting annoyed easily!
Thursday night I saw Monster with T&N, Misha and Phoebe. It was fairly good, but it didn't really affect me all that much, to be honest. It felt rather forced - like I was meant to be admiring Charlize Theron's performance and thinking about her motives rather than just drawing me into the film. It was a bit too self-conscious for my liking. It did make me understand a bit of where Aileen Wuornos was coming from and why she did what she did, but it turned her into too much of a victim for my liking, without really addressing the fact that she committed several major crimes with full comprehension of what she was doing. I didn't think it was any use executing her, but then I've never believed in the death penalty anyway. I thought Christina Ricci and Charlize were very good in the film, though, and it was an interesting movie, with good direction and an excellent soundtrack.
This afternoon I didn't really do anything. Seeing PoA and Doug tomorrow, w00t.

I made some new Marauder icons and I'm posting the old ones in with them because it makes everything easier on me. These will all be added to my old huge icon post soon, in my memories. There's some house icons in there too.

As for making an icon journal, I tend to find your personal life interesting, (that sounds slightly stalker-ish, doesn't it? I meant it in as much of a non-stalker way as possible.) I like reading your opinions and things I enjoy big events, like that big LotR convention you went to a couple months ago and all those actors you met there.
And as for all those that are just interested in you for your icons, make them slog through what you write! It doesn't matter if you update with no icons.
You could always create a separate website to put all of your icons on. A link in your lj should (better) make every icon obsessive friend happy.
