Well, I don't think I need to worry about whether or not Doug likes me anymore.

He asked me out! Over MSN, while I was reading the new shoebox_project installment and downloading 130 new Dom pics. Have I mentioned that today was a very good day? The conversation was actually pretty funny but I forgot to save it before I closed it, or I would have posted it here. We are going to go out when he has worked out his work schedule.

Otherwise today I went to Luke's school for work, which was very educational - there's a lot of kids there with varying levels of autism. To be perfectly honest they do a lot of things I see little point in, but I suppose I'm not an expert or anything.

Then I went to uni for Film and Music lecture which was quite intensive (watching the opening sequence of Persona, which I will never watch again) and then came home and went online and was asked out. Clare was more excited than I was, I think. Then I went to Goodberry's and told Tom and Nina, who I believe were about the same. Tom was going on about various tests and Nina was giggling and they were both just being horrendous. I love them.

New Shoebox is great, they all get high - which I don't think has ever gone badly in a fic by a good writer. It's brilliant, brilliant stuff about molecules and farting stars and love and breasts and Remus/Sirius, and everyone should read it now. Now! Go!

LOADS of new Comicon shit all over the place, go to nothing_to_say, four_lobsters, msallegro and Bag End Inn for links to pics, vids and reports. David Fury was there!!! I wish I'd sold my liver to go. I don't need a liver, right?!

Clearly I am not posting 130 pictures for Pics of the Day for you, and besides I got them from so many people I wouldn't know who to credit for all of them. So here's a teeny tiny sample of the ones from Bag End Inn and some Wire Images stuff. No new Billy and Daisy, because they were all taken from entwashian, I think, and I forgot to ask permission.

I really do hate being random and such, but I have this picture of my friends and I with Craig and Jorn at a Ringcon... and wanted to show you it!
Seeing as you are a fan of both, I thought you would enjoy it.
But sadly, I being a newbie can't figure out putting a picture in a comment..

I'd love to hear the stories, too, lol. I'm a member of a couple of LJ communities for fans of the guys - fuckingprada and jornbenzonfans. I'm sure the other people on the groups would like to hear your stories too, if you wanted to join!
