I lead a boring existence, and I love it.

Today I transfered some stuff from Harmony on to Butler and watched Clue with Clare before going to work. That movie is so bad yet so funny. The singing telegram made me laugh for a full five minutes afterwards, I nearly gave the dog a heart attack. Killing the maid and the cop make perfect sense and then randomly there's a singing telegram at the door, she gets through the first line of her song and bang! Hehehe.

Then I had work and came home and haven't really done anything of note since. Justin called for the first time in ages because he and his gf broke up and now he's bored again *shrugs*

1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
I went to my very first convention. And my second, third and fourth.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make New Year's Resolutions.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes.

5. What countries did you visit?
I visited Australia :p

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
Better grades.

7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I'm hopeless with dates.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Making my film for Directing class

9. What was your biggest failure?
Dropping out of French

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I was sick a few times, nothing too serious.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
Convention tickets, wanking Haldir and Horace.

Mark Ferguson's.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
George W. Bush and John Howard's.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Fandom.

Conventions. Again. I'm boring aren't I?

Hanging out with my friends, filming.

Lost, which barely counts I suppose. Idol. Queer as Folk.

A new one or an old one? I loved the Series of Unfortunate Events books.

I don't know, I'm hopeless at this sort of thing.

A boyfriend.

Prisoner of Azkaban.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
On my actual birthday I had dinner with my family and T&N, but around it I had afternoon tea at the Hyatt with all my friends and I went to a con. I was 21.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If Dom had come to the con in March, and if I had been more motivated.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
Erm. Green?

34. What kept you sane?
Tom and Nina. Though they also drove me insane.

Dom.

Gay marriage.

Yukako. Josie.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Oooh. Um. Dre, Luke, Mara and all the other fandom people, as well as most of the guests - Sean Astin, John Rhys-Davies, Mark, Craig, Andy, etc. etc.

It pays to be optimistic.
