As good as the rain is for Canberra, I wish it'd stop.
Today was mad. No work because the kids had a school excursion, but because of the rain I had to drive Clare to Manuka. Then Lea called and asked if I could drive her to pick up and drop off X-rays of her mother's broken foot, and as I was walking out the door Clare called needing to be picked up, so I got Clare then helped Lea out. By that stage it seemed silly to come home so I had lunch in Woden with Lea then met Melissa for a film meeting, though no Ash. Lea did her shopping, I drove her home and went to a work meeting, then finally came home. All in the pouring rain!
Party at my place Saturday :D and I didn't get the thankyou notes done today, but if the aunts and uncles get pissed off at me for not sending them when my friend wanted help then that's their own bloody problem. I'm really pissed off about this.
Meanwhile, Lost is the best fandom to come around in a long time. There is excellent communication between fans and people working on the show, it's cult but huge and popular, and everything you would want to know about it is available. I LOVE IT!

Hang on, if you're talking about it here you must have got it *facepalms* Can you tell me the exact dates you'll be in Japan? I'm going to visit my father who's in Nagoya (or something) for 8 months, so I'd need to figure out some way of staying in Tokyo for a bit. I was hoping to go in summer so I can see the other girls from ISSH.
