FILM
:: What was the last film you saw in theaters? Finding Neverland
:: Would you recommend it to everyone or just certain people? I'd reccomend it to most people, it was a very good and moving film, nicely made. Sank into nearly-melodrama occasionally but managed to stay afloat, I think.
:: Was the acting absolutely horrible, stupendous, or just ok? It was good. I'd give it 8 out of 10.
:: Was it aesthetically pleasing, displeasing, or did it not matter? Very, very pretty. I mean, Johnny Depp.
:: Why did you go to see it? For my sister's birthday.
:: What was the last film you saw outside of theaters? Umm...*ponders* I watched True Lies the other night.
:: Would you recommend it to everyone or just certain people? Just certain people.
:: Was the acting absolutely horrible, stupendous, or just ok? About 5.5 out of 10. Mostly for Eliza Dushku. I don't think it's as bad as all that but it isn't great.
:: Was it aesthetically pleasing, displeasing, or did it not matter? The special effects are aging badly.
:: Was the format you saw it in horrible (like pan and scan or watching wide screen on a very tiny television) or perfectly ok? It was fine. It was on TV.
:: Why did you take the time to watch it? It was just on and I was sleepy.
::What film(s) in theaters right now do you want people to go see? Whatever you like.
:: What film(s) do you still want to see in theaters right now? Hotel Rwanda, Million Dollar Baby, Motorcycle Diaries, Alfie, Sideways, a whole bunch of stuff.
BOOKS
:: What was the last book you finished? The Vile Village (ASOUE 7)
:: Had you ever read that author before? Yes
:: Did you enjoy the book? Yes
:: Did you have a favorite character? If so, who? Klaus! I love Klaus.
:: Was it longer than 300 pages? Probably not. I don't remember.
:: Would you like to read anything else by this author? The rest of the series!
:: What are you planning on reading next? I want to finish that series, but I have The Hours and a couple John Grisham books to keep me occupied too.
TELEVISION
:: What current tv show(s) (new episodes airing now) do you want other people to start watching? LOST!!!!
:: What tv show would you like to start watching but you are always missing or unable to see (for whatever reason)? Queer as Folk, Veronica Mars, Firefly, Jeremiah
:: What old show's reruns are you currently watching? M*A*S*H
:: Which cancelled show do you wish could come back on? Angel shouldn't have been cancelled, and I want to see Firefly.
:: What tv show are you tired of hearing about? Desperate Housewives and any reality shows that are demeaning (The Biggest Loser, Playing it Straight, that sort of thing).
MUSIC
:: What song(s) and/or artist(s) have you been listening to the most lately? I did a whole list last night. Or the night before? Can't remember.
:: Are you mostly listening to albums you own or individual mp3's? My albums are in my mp3s.
:: Have you bought any albums recently? If so, what? I bought American Idiot for my sister.
