I love having Lost on my TV!
The idea of a weekly serving of Dom right there on my TV is almost too much to stand. I didn't realise Locke sat behind Jack and Rose on the plane!
Watching the show with Clare and Mum was a challenge. They asked quite a few questions, and as soon as the ep was over Lea called and asked "What is that thing they keep hearing?" Everyone seems to want to know. I forget how little everybody knows about the characters!
Today was boring, I cleaned and it was FREEZING COLD for bloody summer. WTF?
MERIADOC BRANDYBUCK
At least, Tolkien referred to him as the Gayest of All Hobbits, though I think Sam and Frodo...I mean, so, Merry :D Merry is actually only my second-favourite hobbit. Don't get me wrong, Dom still holds the honour as #1 actor in my heart, but Sam will always be my favourite hobbit.
Merry, while a joker and eater at heart, has much more intensity and maturity than Pippin, which I really like. He's silly but not foolish, and he really struggles with the fact that he's small in a world geared towards big people. My two favourite Merry moments: "But you're a part of this world, aren't you?" and saying goodbye to Pippin.

MIKE ROSENBAUM
Seriously, this guy generates sexual tension with inatimate objects. Pool cues are a particular favourite, but water bottles will do in a pinch.
I digress.
Mike of course came to my attention playing Lex in Smallville. I've already discussed Lex, so let's discuss Mike, shall we? He smoked weed with his absolutely adored grandmother, loves hockey, gets into drag in every other movie and flirts with anything on two legs. He has a brilliant smile, and I love his bald head (I don't know what it is about bald guys - Mekhi Pfifer, anyone?) I know he's not to everybody's tastes, but that only seems to serve to make me like him more.
And in case anyone gets the urge to save any of these, please don't be concerned if you happen to get one with a name like "Mike is a dork again" or "Mike is cooler than you." I get a little...creative in naming my pictures sometimes. I still don't know what I meant by some of the names of these. *facepalm*

See, it's kind of offputting when guys look better than you as girls.

"What's the monster? What's that noise? What did Kate do?" lol
Awwww Merry... I have some friends who just love the scene where he says to Pippin "don't you understand? the enemy thinks you have the ring...", well you posted a pic of that scene and it makes me smile because they're Tolkien fans, they don't like the movies that much but they think Merry (and Dom) rock, especially in that scene.

Hmm. I try to steer clear of Tolkienites, because they tend to have completely different ideas on the movie to me save for one: the ruined scene of Cirith Ungol.

Plus, I dont know what it is, seeing as I've only seen the first 5 or so episodes!
