Two Jude Law movies in two days make for a very happy Queen.

Although the glowy effect through the entirety of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow was just damned annoying and I can't understand why you would pick Gwyneth Paltrow's character over Angelina Jolie's, Jude was pretty and Giovanni Ribisi made me beam. The movie's...very odd, but kinda cute.

I spent the day working and looking after 14 year olds (badly, according to my parents) with a splitting headache. On the plus side I bumped into Niels, Aaron and Nutty while shopping and then I went to T&N's new place for a party afterwards. I took the girls, which I ended up getting into shit about. I'm 21 years old, I'm a bloody responsible adult already *sigh* They can't expect to go off to parties and leave me to watch 3 teenagers at home.

Anyway, lotr_daily is a very nifty community, I reccomend you join it :)

Made a batch of experimental Lost icons. I don't think a lot of them worked, but some did, which is cool. There's also two pics from Eliza's guest spot on That 70's Show behind the cut. She looks GORGEOUS.

Oh wow. Those icons are gorgeous. *loves them* Do you simply just play around with photoshop/PSP or do you follow someone's tutorial? I am rather curious as to how they are made, especially how you can turn the icon dark enough but not to a point that is hard to read. :D

I followed a couple of tutorials for some - for the Evey one I'm using I followed a tutorial over at icon_tutorial and for the colouring on some of the others I followed one by __checkmate. The best way to do it is find a whole bunch of tutorials (there's one at teh_indy and other places around) and mix stuff up, see what works for you.

Text is ALWAYS HARD. It's always the toughest part.

As far as I know. They didn't actually invite me, I heard through Ash and then called them, but yeah, more or less friends again.

Also, you have to come over this week and watch Highway. It's not the best movie ever but it's not nearly as bad as I thought and Jared and Jake are SO PRETTY in it.
