Really though, Wake Me Up Before You Go Go is one of my all-time favourite songs.
I know this makes me strange and pathetic but I don't care. It always makes me wanna get up and dance around in bad 80's fashion.
I also like Al Otro Lado del Rio, the Best Song Oscar winner, it's lovely. Even when it's not sung by Antonio Banderas. And I have uploaded a clip of Naveen singing on my Media page at Naveen-Andrews.net that is worth a listen. He's good.
Today was okay, I was quite hyperactive for most of it but I have a cold and apparently a fever, which meant that I was contagious and couldn't go to work :( I did go to uni this morning and hung out with Claire, a girl from my film class who's awesome. I spent a lot of the day bouncing around and buying Easter Eggs.
Wednesday nights on ABC make for excellent television viewing, particularly Spicks & Specks (ugly set but funny as all hell when you've got Murray the Red Wiggle singing the words of "Studies of Gaseous Emmissions" to the tune of "Enter the Sandman" by Metallica), The Glass House (Rhys Muldoon threw a chair then couldn't stop himself cracking up) and Margaret and David (I can't remember the name of their new show.)
David is presenting PJ on Saturday. I can't believe I'm seeing PJ on Saturday. Or that my father's gone away for 8 months.
Movies I am looking forward to:
Be Cool
Sin City
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Can anyone think of any more?
Interest meme! Only two more to go, I really thought it was about time I got on to
THOMAS ROBINS
Thomas Robins played Deagol in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, and he's also a perfectly accomplished writer/director. He gave probably the most useful and practical workshop on working in the industry that I've ever been to. He's funny, respects others' ideas and is a real gentleman, and he's cute too. So, Yay Thomas Robins!!

You can check out some of his work and stuff at Thomas Robins [dot] net. Look, they lack in site-naming creativity as much as I do!!

This survey is completely scientific. Despite the mind-boggling complexity of mankind, the billions of distinctly different personalities found on Earth can easily be divided into seven simple categories that correspond to the five Platonic solids, a pseudo polyhedron, and whatever the hell a d100 is. The results of this quiz should be considered not only meaningful but also infallible, and pertinent to your success as a fully realized individual. If you feel the results of this examination do not match your perceived personality, you should take whatever drastic measures are needed to cram your superego back into proper alignment, as described by the quiz results.
And if you believe that, we have some really great critical-hit insurance to sell you.
FANFIC AUTHORS' APPRECIATION WEEK March 6 through March 13:
Post to your LJ each day at least one of your favorite fanfic authors and why you love them, their work, and why they need more appreciation.
thepsycicclam is a brilliant, clever writer.
undone27 uploaded caps of Elijah in the newer Sin City trailer. Woah.
Oh, and Justin's Insisting on Teh Gay.
Since it's International Women's Day I'm feeling all...gender patirotic, so I decided to bravely go forth and post picture of hot chicks. In the interest of equality of shagability and/or respect on my journal. SO a bunch of women I think are either shagable or fantastic or both.

Amber Benson, who makes her own brilliant films.

Cate Blanchett, who is always elegant and real.

Courtney Act, who proved Australia will embrace anyone with enough balls, if you'll pardon the terrible pun.

Cyndi Lauper, who sang about personal freedom and wore whatever the fuck she want and carved a pop music career for herself at the age of 30, and who never took any shit from anybody.

Eliza Dushku, beautiful and tough.

Evey, who is hot, funny and down-to-earth. And hot.

Fran Walsh, who is a genius in her own right.

Jayne Mansfield, who was far smarter than most people knew.

Jean Seberg, who was brave and unconventional.

Kate, who wore pants and spoke her mind.

Liv Tyler...well, let's just look at the pictures, shall we?

Maggie Gyllenhaal, who let us all know that you didn't have to be traditionally good-looking to be utterly gorgeous...

And that you could lead any damn sex life you wanted.

Yunjin Kim, who decided to risk it on an American TV show even though she's a sterling star in Korea, and for whom it all paid off.
I got my first real sex dream down at the five and nine - 127 days

I've found myself agreeing with all the statements that you've put with the women in your (mother of a) picspam that I knew of & it was nice to learn about the women that I didn't know of! :)
From:

That's not a mother of a picspam. It's a very moderate, conservative picspam :D I'm glad you liked it though!
