Don't do it if you don't have time. I'm new at making stuff, so if you post any tutorials I'll definetly take the opportunity to make something pretty and learn something =)
I took the base picture (which you can find in one of my many picspams) and cropped it to approxiamtely the square I wanted, then resized it too 100x100 (if not perfect, just crop off the extra pixels.)
Then I duplicated the base and set the new later to "Screen" and sharpened it once ("Filter" -> "Sharpen" -> "Sharpen"). Then I duplicated the base again, pasted on top of everything, and set that layer to "Soft Light." I sharpened that layer as well.
The star is a brush by "aurora" - I can't remember who that is or where I got it :S but it's done on two different new layers, once in black and once in white. Then I positioned it so it lookd like it had a shadow. The font is called 3 grammes 5. I wrote each letter on its own layer so I could move them to where I wanted them.
Finally I added a border brush by sp0rks and it was done!
