I like Jack when he's yelling at people, which is a bit weird I think. That whole stabby lung thing didn't scare me as much as everybody else. Lots of groping going on.
Okay, first thought in next scene? "Big, gay wedding." Aww, it's Zack Ward! (red-haired guy) I love him. I kinda guessed that it was Jack getting married.

Sometimes when I watch on my comp the title makes me woozy.

Surely sweating on the patient is not recommended? Sun's more of a realist than Jack. I suppose heroes aren't meant to be realists, but I think Jack takes it a bit far.

Claire's holding her breath to stop the baby from coming? I coulda told her that wouldn't work. More Kate/Claire now. That baby's trouble beyond what Kate knows. Aww, Jin's being nice again.
Boone has consumption now? It fits. Sorry, back to business. Now Jack's all "Don't tell me what I can't do"?! I admire that Jack doesn't give up and all but this is kinda silly.
Is Jack's minister a robot?! Cute wedding. Very...Jack.
Aww, Boone. Poor baby. He was just getting a personality, too. That scene was very sad, lovely work there.
I wonder how long it's going to take Claire to lose the stomach? That baby's way too clean. And too old. Oh dear. AWW CHARLIE AND JIN HUGGING SO FUCKING CUTE I COULD SQUEE A LOT. But I won't as it's 3 am. Cute baby too.
Poor dying Boone. Aww, and we didn't get to hear what to tell Shannon! That sucks, man.
Very Mary/Jesus moment. Who cute the cord? Sawyer looks all soft and cuddly. Sayid and Shannon look so happy together, holding hands...it's all so cruel! I love it. Brilliant. NICE camerawork.
Poor old Shannon. We should be ending this on her, not Jack and Kate.
Does anyone else feel that the big death episode was wasted on Jack? I do. Oh, he's being stupid just because he's upset. I don't like that.
ETA: The preview - they're going to shoot Locke in the leg, and he won't feel it and it'll heal right up. That's why he can't feel his legs these days.
