Is it just me or is that dragon like...really really CGI looking?

I personally think that Fleur looks way too young. Hopefully it will be better in the actual movie??

Nah, go download the ad from The Leaky Cauldron (http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org). The dragon looks really good in motion. I think if you get hires images of anything CG the problems are going to surface (Gollum excluded, but he's special.)

I don't like to place too much stock in exact [physical descriptions of characters; I find their acting ability and their ability to protray a character far more important. Ron, for instance, is supposed to be tall and gangly, but Rupert Grint is SO perfectly Ron that now I can't imagine anyone else in the part.

Rupert Grint wins at LIFE. The first time I saw him OOC when they first announced the main characters, I was like, "OMG, that kid is Ron! He's perfect!" I don't usually care too much about appearance, but with Harry's eyes its like..come on...color contacts/CGI, anyone? Probably wouldn't be too hard. It wouldn't matter except that JKR makes such a HUGE deal about his eyes in the book.

(Do we know if Rupert and Emma will be back for OotP? Since we know that Dan is doing it..)

They tried to get him to wear contacts in the first film but they really irritated him and the poor kid was only 11 at the time, so they gave up. I suppose they decided there wasn't much point changing it for later films.

We don't know yet.

I hope they stay. It would be weird if they kept Harry but got new actors. Plus I love Rupert to death =)

They tried that too but it was, as you say, a massive pain in the ass :)

I think Rupert at least will stay, he's a bit of a workaholic and he loves making the movies.
