grr, I'm really starting to dislike my father.
We had a guest for dinner tonight, nice girl called Francine from my father's office, HP, LotR, QaF and movie fan, so you can imagine we had a lot to talk about. My father sabotaged my attempts at getting a conversation started by changing the topic. He also dropped those irritating hints he drops, and downright humiliated me. He's a fucking prick. Anyway, she was cool. Got up early(ish) to go to uni today for my film studies tute, had lunch w/ Melissa and Anthony then realised that I had no anth lecture. So I hung out with Phoebe and her friend Kate for a while, then came home. Watched Rove and Angel tonight. Rove was great, he had the Charlie's Angels on it and they were surprisingly cool. Shame about the movie. They all played My Sharada, which Drew Barrymore sucks at. They were by far the highlight of the show, lots of energy. But okay, if our LotR boys went out in public with their hands all over each other like that...well, I would drown in my own drool, but also the rumours would abound. Even more so than now. Femmeslash, anyone?! Esp. Drew and Lucy, they were all *over* each other. Cameron Diaz is surprisingly funny. The rest of the show pretty much sucked.
As for Angel...yay Willow and Faith!; Charisma looks *terrible* and yes I know she's pregnant but for god's sakes, makeup people? Camera angles? Something could be done; Okay, Oedipal complex not even subtle anymore; v. cool Angel vs. Angelus, but I was rooting for Angelus, which isn't a good sign; Yay, Willow and Faith!; loved the Aly/Alexis scene, so cute; Willow's "I'm with someone" line to Fred.

4. The battle between Harry and Voldy at the end of GoF
5. Snape's introduction to Potions.
