because stupid Western Europe is in bloody DVD zone 2 so American DVDs (zone 1) can’t be read in general here... unless you have “unzoned” your dvd player or own a multi-zone dvd player, which I don’t. So I have to wait until 23rd November, the day the DVDs are released in France (fortunately with the exact same features than the American edition except that we have the French dubbed version and subtitles – but I don’t care about those). But I’ll probably wait until 14th December because that’s the day they are released in Belgium I think and there the DVDs are, like, 50% less expensive than in France for the exact same thing. Or maybe I’ll wait for Santa to bring them to me. Nay, I can’t.
Ahh, okay. My mother neglected to check whether or not the DVD/Video player she bought was multi-region, but we have an older one that is, so I'm okay :)
You're lucky you get the same features, a lot of the time in Oz we get CRAPPY versions of DVDs.
