Need these Dom pics in hires NOW.

Right now.

ETA: Got 'em. Ahh, the wonders of the internets. How I love thee. Suddenly glad I'm feeling ill.

ETA2: Okay, seriously, WHAT BOOKS WAS SHE READING?! Augh. HBP spoilers, of course.

Holy shit please tell me you're iconing these?

::begging paws::

Well, I'm hoping to get Dom for [livejournal.com profile] actors100. But whether I get that or not I will eventually make icons of them, yes, it just makes a difference to how long you'll have to wait.

Indeed. I refuse to get involved in ship discussions, because instead of getting involved in an interesting dialogue with people with different points of view, I usually find people like her.

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

But...I just...I mean, sure, like a ship. Find evidence of why the ship could exist. But that doesn't make it canon! Ron/Hermione has been coming since BOOK 2. I'm becoming steadily convinced that there are actually two completely different sets of 5 books and the only universal one was book 6. Because really, how could they miss it?

From: [identity profile] nentari.livejournal.com

I blame it on ship blindness - it works just like those eye-patches they put on horses so that they can only look in one direction. What other reason would there be for this guy to call me "a stupid, brainwashed moron" for seeing jealousy in Ron's reaction to Hermione going to the Yule Ball with Krum?
*shakes head* There are no words.

I...but...it's there! It's written! In ink, and published millions of times! *headdesk*

And this is why I am not a member of the Harry Potter fandom.

From: [identity profile] nentari.livejournal.com

I know what you mean - this is why I abandoned the fandom.

From: [identity profile] starshineangel2.livejournal.com

I completely agree. I don't understand how someone could have read the first five books and totally missed the Ron and Hermione thing. I see the points the poster made about Hermione always being there for Harry, but that's what friends do. I do that for my friends, it doesn't mean I'm in love with them and want to date them.

Maybe there really are a different set of the first five.

Oh and thanks for the Dom pics.

Uhm...has that chick even read the books? It was blatenly obvious in book 5 that Harry was going to hook up with Ginny. I mean, she's the only one that can seem to calm his raging and talk sense into him. Hermione just adds fuel to his fire most of the time.

How could she miss all the signs of Ron and Hermione? That's just...blind.

That post annoyed me...the Harry Potter books aren't about who's gonna be who's girlfriend/boyfriend in this or that book. That's just juvenile... in my opinion.

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

I did see some context for Harry/Ginny, but then I also saw some for Harry/Luna and even Harry/Draco. I'll never deny those girls their fun, I think that'd be a ship I could support if I was at all interested in underage shipping. I'm not, though.

Makes you glad that she left the fandom, don't it?

From: [identity profile] seren-mahtori.livejournal.com

Yes, it does. I'm trying to just be an all around fan of things and not obssess over one thing in particular....because things like that happen. Too much drama for me. I'm currently in an argument about Dom being in the top three characters on LOST.

Here in the US, when the series was about to start, the only teasers forthe show featured: Jack, Kate, and Charlie. In the first episode, who teamed up? Jack, Kate, and Charlie. Through the whole season, who was on the inside of the island drama? Jack, Kate, Charlie....but then we added Locke, Hurley, Sawyer, and Sayid. And everyone else, but Jack, Kate, and Charlie were the top 3 from before the first episode. And this girl insists that there is no such popularity list and that I don't know what I'm talking about. LOST was my last great obsession...I'm quite aware of what I'm talking about with it...especially if it has anything to do with Dominic Monaghan....GOSH...children!

I have to say it, that chick is a total fscker. I mean, honestly... it's JK Rowling that writes the books, not all the obsessed fans that are convinced they know what's best. And the fact that she's not even going to read book 7, just because her ship didn't turn out the way she wanted? What an absolute fluff. Urgh. Dickheads who have no idea and are immature just really grate on my nerves. What a fool.
Thanks for posting that though, cos it was a giggle!

And Dom is hot.

Doesn't it make you glad she's left the fandom.

Dom is teh sex.

Bwahahaahaaaa! That girl is delusional. Doesn't she know that Jo's had a plan the entire time? She knew Harry would pair up with Ginny - it's there in every book a little. Please. And Ron and Hermione? Yeah, that's been obvious since, well, always.

That was the funniest thing I've read in a long time. :D

From: [identity profile] xrupertgasmx.livejournal.com

I didn't even bother reading that whole Harry/Hermione thing. I never got a feeling that there was anything between Harry and Hermione in any book. Well maybe a little but it was always more Ron and Hermione. People are weird. haha.

From: [identity profile] anniversaire.livejournal.com

I always got the whole brother/sister vibe from Harry and Hermione. I mean, they're close friends, but all of the sexual tension (which is so blatantly written in the books) is between Ron and Hermione. I mean. It's printed in ink. It's so obvious. It's dancing naked in front of her.

I don't understand the whole overanalyzing every passage in the book to make the Harry/Hermione thing valid. Ron/Hermione stands out. No need to look for anything in between the lines to make it clear that Ron and Hermione are going to end up together.

From: [identity profile] green-queen.livejournal.com

LOL so you're saying this girl thinks incest is the perfect relationship? That explains a lot.

They just seem blind to it! I don't get it.
