Hmm, this song is so very natsukashii (what's the English word for that again?) Takes me back. It's a great, moody song.

Anyway, I saw your meme, and I just had to have a guess at no 7, because it's going to drive me insane otherwise. Is it the LA song by Christian Kane? I'm almost certain I can hear his voice singing it in my head, but I haven't seen that episode for so long, and I don't have my DVDs to check. It's going to bug me all day unless I ask.
