I thought it might be a bit unsavoury doing this in the journal of a writer of the show, but you can get really good quality downloads at two places: memory_alpha, which has them almost immediately after the show, amd lost_eps which takes a little longer but has them up within a day.

I'd go stir-crazy trying to follow Lost's Australian schedule.
