Does anyone else think this was incredibly rude? I mean, sure, don't like the guy on Idol, but laughing in his face on the street? Now that's nasty.
It's the kind of thing that makes you embarassed to even be on a community with people like that.

People seem to think that it's ok to be rude to people if they are in any bit famous.
The realyl stupid thing is, he doesn't look any weirder than loads of people in Australia, so I really don't see what the big fuss is about. Everyone goes on about how 'hard-core' or 'punk' he looks, but he's normal to me. There are odder looker people about the place.
And anyone that laughs at ANYone's appearance, no matter who they are, should really get slapped fair in the face.

They said they were out riding their bike in Sydney when they saw Lee Harding in an open-top car. They laughed out loud and then said "he looked really pissed off." Um. Yeah.
That'd be rude even if he wasn't famous.
