I have taken a bunch of my communities off my flist to make it a bit easier to navigate.

I'm now on skip=300 a day. I can't tell if that's much of an improvement. In other news, I'm reading The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe in preparation for the movie. I am inordinately pissed off at anyone who attacks JK Rowling for her simple writing style at this point. Personally, I like simple writing styles, particularly in childrens' novels, so it works for me, but still. Anyway, I'll finish the book tonight easily. Also I hurt my leg at work, like a LOT. It feels like I twisted my entire shin.

All this and yet speakerwiggin refuses to say fuck outside the cut...iiinteresting.

Personally, I like JK Rowling's style. It's a good style particularly for what she's writing. I get similarly annoyed when people say Tolkien was a bad writer; he wasn't, I really like his style. It's rich, and good for what he was writing. /not-quite-a-rant-but-could-be-if-I-wanted
