I want to say a huge THANKYOU to everyone who gave me Jason Mraz songs for my sister.
She's doing fine, I went and saw her in hospital this afternoon and she had a TV in her room so she got to watch the Idol final. She's whinging a lot, but I'm taking that more as a sign that she's mostly fine than that she's actually significantly ill.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PICSPAM LOVERS: I have to go through my Photobucket account and download most of the old spams so I have more space. I'm going to get the account better organised so that I don't always upload the same pictures 10 times in different folders. So go back through the memories, your bookmarks, download everything you want to keep, because it'll all be gone in a couple of days.
I'm so excited about Veronica Mars coming down under!!
Apparently I missed some hot boykissing in the UK last night. I'd go back in time and rob a bank to go to that convention if I could.

Call for Girly Geek Essays! I'm thinking of submitting but the truth is I've always been a geek in fairly girl-centric fandoms - Jossverse, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Lost have all had strong female components over the years. The first suggestion is also "what turned you into a fan?" but I've kind of always been one.
